Ho chiamato 2 giorni prima di andare al cinema per accertarmi sul giorno e orario in cui avrei dovuto vederlo così da non viaggiare 1 ora inutilmente, telefono ricevendo una risposta da un Robot che elencava le varie programmazioni, io sicurissima ed informata spreco letteralmente un viaggio per andare al cinema. Arrivato l'orario in cui dovevo entrare tutto era spento e il cinema era chiuso con tanto di locandina indicante l'orario e il giorno scelto. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!! We assume that I'm putting a star because you can't get less but, they wouldn't deserve that either. I called 2 days before going to the cinema to ascertain the day and time in which I should see him so as not to travel 1 hour unnecessarily, I telephone receiving an answer from a Robot that listed the various programs, I very sure and informed literally waste a trip for go to the cinema. When the time I had to enter arrived, everything was off and the cinema was closed with a poster indicating the time and day chosen. BAD EXPERIENCE !!!

E	Enrico Marinozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagato 60 e rotti euro per vedere Fiorello il 3 dicembre 2021 e siccome sono arrivato 15 min dopo l'inizio mi hanno negato il posto da me pagato in fila 9 posto 4 e mi hanno detto che per non perdere lo spettacolo mi sarei dovuto accontentare di un posto laterale a fine teatro! Una cosa mai vista! Veramente da far schifo! Sono entrato solo perché mi aspettavano dentro altrimenti sarwi andato via anche avendo pagato! Esperienza al rossini veramente antiprofessionale! Ma chi mettete a lavorare a pubblico! I paid 60 and broken euros to see Fiorello on 3 December 2021 and since I arrived 15 minutes after the start they denied me the place I paid for in line 9 place 4 and told me that in order not to miss the show I would have to be satisfied with a side seat at the end of the theater! A thing never seen before! Really disgusting! I only went in because they were waiting for me inside otherwise sarwi left even having paid! Truly anti-professional rossini experience!
