Historic place of the Turin theater (once it was a cinema), with excellent visibility and excellent acoustics. The Tpe program is of a high standard.

Great show based on text by David Foster Wallace, Short interviews with lousy men. Beautiful theater, in an art deco building renovated in an original and powerful way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teatro in cui si programmano spettacoli di ricerca, di nuova drammaturgia. Sala principale ampia a gradinata, in stile metropolitano degradato, con particolari che rimandano alla precedente funzione di cinema con galleria, poltrone purtroppo senza braccioli. Vi è anche un'altra saletta al piano superiore ed una buona caffetteria purtroppo limitata all'orario spettacoli, (come per tutti i canonici teatri torinesi).
Theater where research shows of new dramaturgy are scheduled. Large main hall with steps, in a degraded metropolitan style, with details that refer to the previous function of cinema with gallery, unfortunately without armrests. There is also another room on the upper floor and a good cafeteria, unfortunately limited to show times, (as in all canonical theaters in Turin).

Si ride , piange , balla il tutto in un luogo molto affascinante per come è stato ristrutturato . Nota dolente le poltrone , sarebbe ora di ripensare all'imbottitura ( anche pre Covid ) . Personale super preparato , un consiglio sempre prezioso , disponibile e con un sorriso di casa. E finalmente si è rifatto il trucco al fuaier , arrivate prima e potrete godere di un buon aperitivo o merenda , a seconda dell'orario dello spettacolo , con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

We laugh, cry, dance all in a very fascinating place for how it has been renovated. Sore point the armchairs, it is time to rethink the padding (even pre Covid). Super-trained staff, always valuable advice, available and with a homely smile. And finally the fuaier make-up has been redone, arrive early and you can enjoy a good aperitif or snack, depending on the time of the show, with excellent value for money
