Ho eseguito il primo tagliando sulla mia Africa Twin.
Servizio praticamente impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Tagliando prenotato qualche giorno prima per le 08.30 in quanto sono di Acireale. Moto subito presa in consegna dopo il mio arrivo, lavoro terminato dopo circa un ora e mezza.
Il signor Caminiti ed il suo assistente Giorgio gentilissimi e disponibili.
La professionalità del service honda è perfettamente allineata con quella della concessionaria del gruppo Team Motors. Bravi davvero!!!

Service practically impeccable from all points of view.
Coupon booked a few days before for 08.30 am as they are from Acireale. Motorcycle immediately taken over after my arrival, work completed after about an hour and a half.
Mr. Caminiti and his assistant Giorgio very kind and helpful.
The professionalism of the service honda is perfectly aligned with that of the dealership of the Team Motors group. Really good !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moto riparata parzialmente dopo più di 2 mesi di permanenza in officina (cambio plastiche...niente di serio). Scarsi nella gestione dei rapporti e poco accorti nel prendere sul serio le richieste della clientela, come a dire "siamo qui per fare un favore a te". Su Messina ci sono altri concessionari ed assistenza ufficiale Honda.
Partially repaired after more than 2 months in the workshop (plastic change ... nothing serious). Poor in managing relationships and not very careful in taking customer requests seriously, as if to say "we are here to do you a favor". On Messina there are other official Honda dealers and assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio figlio ha acquistato Honda CBR 650 R,diciamo che il negozio è piccolo,troppe moto un po' strette tra di loro quindi impediscono un possibile acquirente di provare la posizione almeno da fermo,nn è grave perché i ragazzi prendono la moto in questione e portandola indietro il gioco è fatto,poi che dire il servizio fatto dai venditori è ottimo,ragazzi gentili e preparati sono a tua disposizione per qualsiasi domanda etc,un'altra pecca che l'officina si trovi da un'altra parte, questo cmq sarà risolto perché verrà spostata accanto la concessionaria,cmq 5 stelle.
My son bought Honda CBR 650 R, let's say that the shop is small, too many motorbikes a little tight between them therefore prevent a possible buyer from trying the position at least from a standstill, it is not serious because the guys take the bike in question and bringing it back the game is done, then what about the service done by the sellers is excellent, nice and prepared guys are at your disposal for any questions etc, another flaw that the workshop is somewhere else, this cmq will be solved because it will be moved next to the dealership, cmq 5 stars.
