★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno ritirato una idropulitrice karcher in garanzia per assistenza tecnica: ad oggi sono andati ben oltre i tempi di attesa pattuiti prima del ritiro e non è ancora possibile avere notizie certe sulle tempistiche o altro.
 They have withdrawn a karcher pressure washer under warranty for technical assistance: to date they have gone well beyond the waiting times agreed before the withdrawal and it is still not possible to have certain information on the timing or other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una riparazione in garanzia, è subentrato un problema e l idropulitrice non si accendeva. Recatomi all assistenza mi hanno risolto immediatamente il problema sostituendo il condensatore. Sempre gentili e disponibili.
After a warranty repair, a problem occurred and the pressure washer did not turn on. I went to the assistance and they immediately solved the problem by replacing the condenser. Always kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa , ritirata idropulitrice difettata al 20 aprile 2020 riconsegnata in condizioni pietose a fine giugno ( scocca crepata, innesto pompa dell’acqua distrutto e base in plastica nera rotta ) e con stesso difetto per la quale era stata chiesta l’assistenza .
I 20 giorni lavorativi non sono stati assolutamente rispettati oltre a dare risposte alle mie mail con tempi biblici .Auguro a tutti di non rompere mai qualcosa di marca Kaercher perche’ questa azienda ha in mano l’assistenza ma non penso ancora per molto .
Negative experience, withdrawal of pressure washer defective on April 20, 2020 returned in pitiful conditions at the end of June (cracked body, destroyed water pump coupling and broken black plastic base) and with the same defect for which assistance was requested.
The 20 working days have not been absolutely respected in addition to giving answers to my emails with biblical times. I wish everyone to never break something from the Kaercher brand because this company has assistance in hand but I don't think for much longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato l'acquisto online relativo ad un' idropulitrice presso questa azienda, ma dopo alcuni giorni anche a fronte del pagamento effettuato ho ricevuto una mail nella quale scrivevano di annullare l'ordine in quanto il prezzo online era errato e che mi avrebbero rimborsato. Il comportamento di questo venditore mi ha causato un notevole disagio in quanto questa perdita di tempo ha impedito di concludere l'acquisto presso un'altra azienda che proponeva lo stesso articolo allo stesso prezzo.
I made the online purchase of a pressure washer at this company, but after a few days, even after the payment made, I received an email in which they wrote to cancel the order as the online price was incorrect and that they would refund me. The behavior of this seller caused me considerable inconvenience as this waste of time prevented me from concluding the purchase from another company that offered the same item at the same price.

Porto idropulitrice x preventivo sistemazione.
Mi dicono che il giorno dopo mi avrebbero contattato.
Non li sento per 7 giorni.
Li ricontatto telefonicamente e, senza aver visto nulla, sparano 170 euro x la riparazione.
Vado a riprenderla (lasciamo perdere il cinema per trovarla...)
Faccio vedere l'idropulitrice ad un amico pensionato.
8 minuti e aggancia la pompa facendola funzionare correttamente.
Incapaci o poco onesti?
In entrambi i casi, mi sento di consigliarvi altre mete.
