 Excellent and professional service, called from a nightclub outside Siena and arrived in a very short time. Friendly driver and clean car. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at the Siena train station with my wife, our medium sized dog, and 3 pieces of luggage. A taxi took us from the station to our rental apartment in the city center. So far, so good.
I asked the driver for his telephone number so that I could call him for a return ride to the station at the end of our stay, but he said that he was not allowed to do that and that I would have to call Siena Radio Taxi.
When the time came to call for a ride back to the station, I could not get a taxi to accept the dog (who travels extensively with us and has been in dozens of taxis in Italy). I then asked a local Siena man for help, which he happily provided. After more than 20 minutes of speaking to and waiting on multiple callbacks from Siena Taxi... he also failed, and was obviously embarrassed by what he had encountered.
After a coffee together, I thanked him, went back to the apartment and called the property manager, who kindly provided the ride to the station that Siena Radio Taxi had refused.
So... I found Siena to be a beautiful city, with nice people, loads of history, great restaurants, and miserable Radio Taxi service.
