★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow… Andrea was so rude and miserable. She hung up on us 4x. I don’t know how they retain any business in Descazano with service that’s so incredibly poor. I would suggest walking or taking the bus instead of attempting to get a taxi from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on holiday we attempted to use this service. After the fourth attempt, Andrea answered the phone, guessed my location, said all done, all done and placed me on hold effectively hanging up on me. What?! Rude, poor communication. Wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to.
