★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalosi, ho prenotato un taxi per le 5 :che40 di mattinanon è mai arrivato. Ho chiamato il call center e l'operatrice mi ha detto che la collega la aveva avvisata di non aver trovato una macchina disponibile.... magari se avvisa amo anche me avrei potuto organizzarmi diversamente.
Roba da matti!!
Outrageous, I booked a taxi for 5: that morning it never arrived. I called the call center and the operator told me that the colleague had warned her that she had not found an available car ... maybe if she warns I love it too I could have organized myself differently.
Crazy stuff!!

Avendo richiamato dopo non averli visti arrivare a mezzanotte e mezza mi risponde un tassinaro maleducato dicendo che addirittura non prendono prenotazione. Che dire, cambiate lavoro e speriamo arrivi uber
They left me on foot after booking the ride, they let me leave the start and finish address and never showed up. Having called back after not having seen them arrive at half past midnight, a rude taxidary replies that they do not even take reservations. What to say, change your job and we hope uber arrives

Non dó 5 stelle perché facendo la stessa tratta per più giorni, non mi hanno fatto pagare tutti lo stesso prezzo.
Professional, punctual and friendly taxi drivers.
I don't give 5 stars because doing the same route for several days, they didn't charge me all the same price.
