Il servizio mi dispiace però va nettamente migliorato. Molto molto caos, attesa lunga per i piatti proposti, manca proprio organizzazione. The idea is very nice, the place in the square in Genga as well. The products served are really very good and all this gives me 4 stars. I am sorry but the service needs to be improved significantly. Very much chaos, long wait for the dishes on offer, lack of organization.

Personale gentilissimo e pulito, colonna sonora anni 40 meravigliosa, sembra di essere tornati nel passato. Davvero una tappa consigliatissima Magnificent place in the central square of a magnificent medieval town. Few things but of the highest quality, all produced at zero km or almost. Very kind and clean staff, wonderful 40s soundtrack, it seems to be back in the past. Really a highly recommended stop
N	Nausicaa De Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nel cuore di Genga un piccolo Borgo dove nella piazza scorge questa piccola taverna fornita di prodotti locali e gente preparatissima a spiegarti come viene fatto un piatto e soprattutto le origini,abbiamo cenato nel vicolo,con la panzanella un antico piatto che si utilizzava molto nei periodi della guerra,la piadina alla polenta con affettati, e un assaggio misto di dolci ovviamente fatti in casa... su consiglio abbiamo degustato due calici di vino bianco,un verdicchio di matelica,e un altro verdicchio di jesi di cui onestamente non ricordo il nome preciso...ovviamente non vi aspettate grandi pranzi o cene... QUI POTETE DEGUSTARE OTTIMI PRODOTTI DEL POSTO SERVITI CON TANTO DI:PROFESSIONALITÀ,CORTESIA,SIMPATIA E GENTILEZZA? in the heart of Genga a small hamlet where in the square you can see this small tavern stocked with local products and people very prepared to explain how a dish is made and above all the origins, we had dinner in the alley, with the panzanella an ancient dish that was used a lot in times of the war, the polenta piadina with sliced meats, and a mixed tasting of obviously homemade desserts ... on the advice we tasted two glasses of white wine, a verdelchio di matelica, and another verdicchio of jesi of which I honestly can't remember the precise name ... obviously you do not expect great lunches or dinners ...
