Gnocco fritto incredibilmente buono! Servizio cordiale e disponibile, ambiente familiare. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi molto bassi, due porzioni di gnocco, una di crescenti e, acqua salumi e marmellata, 26€ in due. Ritorno garantito!
Incredibly good fried dumpling! Friendly and helpful service, family atmosphere. Generous portions and very low prices, two portions of dumplings, one of crescenti e, water, salami and jam, € 26 for two. Guaranteed return!

Prezzi contenuti ma la qualitΓ  delle pietanze non Γ¨ all’altezza della regione in cui si trova: in Emilia ho sempre mangiato divinamente, purtroppo alla Taverna del Brutto non posso dire lo stesso. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto in due di funghi fritti, e oltre al sale non si sentiva molto altro. Di primo abbiamo preso le pappardelle al cinghiale, che erano tiepidine e niente di speciale, e le caramelle al gorgonzola e noci, che non erano cotte a sufficienza forse per lo spessore della pasta.
Low prices but the quality of the dishes is not at the height of the region in which it is located: in Emilia I have always eaten divinely, unfortunately at the Taverna del Brutto I cannot say the same. We ordered an appetizer in two of fried mushrooms, and besides the salt we didn't hear much else. We first got the pappardelle with wild boar, which were lukewarm and nothing special, and the gorgonzola and walnut candies, which were not cooked enough for the thickness of the pasta.

Ci sono andato apposta, ultima volta a Polinago ero un ragazzino nel 1980. Volevo mangiare le crescenti come le chiamano qui ovvero le tigelle. Ottime ben cotte e non secche ovviamente con salume formaggi e la salsa al lardo da gustare con la forma nelle tigelle ancora calde si scioglie. Il locale Γ¨ molto bello si puΓ² pranzare anche fuori sotto un bel portico all'ombra. Prezzi onesti.
I went there on purpose, last time in Polinago I was a kid in 1980. I wanted to eat the crescenti as they call them here or the tigelle. Excellent well cooked and not dried obviously with cheese salami and lard sauce to taste with the shape in the still hot tigelle melts. The restaurant is very nice, you can also have lunch outside under a nice shaded porch. Honest prices.

Trattoria come una volta "rustica - spartana " su un colle soleggiato. QualitΓ  e la cortesia del personale non si discute, la sala Γ¨ animata da Frisbli un simpatico pappagallo, peccato hanno dovuto coprire la gabbia per una lamentela di due donne che hanno voluto cambiare tavolo. A noi Γ¨ sorto un dubbio ma che fossero invidiose perchΓ© era l'unico uccello che cantava nel loro tavolo?
Trattoria as once "rustic - spartan" on a sunny hill. There is no question of quality and courtesy of the staff, the room is animated by Frisbli a nice parrot, too bad they had to cover the cage due to a complaint of two women who wanted to change the table. A doubt arose to us but that they were envious because it was the only bird that sang in their table?

Ottima cucina, consiglio le caramelle con Zola e noci e le pappardelle ai funghi. Ricordatevi che se volete mangiare le ottime crescentine e gnocco vanno prenotati prima. La titolare sempre molto simpatica a disponibile! Ogni volta che veniamo a Polinago facciamo una mangiata del Brutto!! :-) peccato che la sera non sia piΓΉ aperto...
Excellent cuisine, I recommend the candies with Zola and walnuts and the pappardelle with mushrooms. Remember that if you want to eat the excellent crescentine and gnocco, they must be booked in advance. The owner is always very nice and helpful! Every time we come to Polinago we have a meal of the Ugly !! :-) It is a pity that in the evening it is no longer open ...

We had dinner in the garden twice and loved the food, the view over the hills and the lady serving the food, especially. She made us feel very welcome, although she seemed a little blunt initially. When we asked for antipasti of her choice she served some wonderful flatbreads with truffles and orher delicious toppings. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If we didn’t live three countries away from Italy we’d be back next week!
