★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birreria più in stile pub inglese che a tema Signore degli Agnelli, ma si presenta con un'atmosfera senz'altro molto accogliente. Il punto di forza è senza ombra di dubbio la carne di angus e gli abbinamenti con i panini. Il Giant è senza dubbio la scelta più azzeccata: viene servito in un piatto con una svizzera di angus da 300 grammi e pane separati, ed un contorno di patatine e verdure. Peccato per la cottura un po' troppo avanti e forse un leggero eccesso di sale.
Gli arrosticini sono spettacolari, consigliatissimi.
Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene, e il prezzo sicuramente è un'altro punto di forza.
More an English pub-style brewery than a Lord of the Lambs theme, but it certainly has a very welcoming atmosphere. The strong point is undoubtedly the angus meat and the combinations with sandwiches. The Giant is undoubtedly the best choice: it is served on a plate with a 300-gram Swiss angus and separate bread, and a side of chips and vegetables. Too bad for cooking a little too far and perhaps a slight excess of salt.
The arrosticini are spectacular, highly recommended.
Overall I was fine, and the price is certainly another strong point.
