Sicuramente acquisterò ancora da loro in futuro!
Top shopping experience, I had bought an intercooler for my car and unfortunately the manufacturer had forgotten a pipe, talking to the guys from Taurus (in particular I thank Nathan) they solved the problem quickly, with courtesy and professionalism. I will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Mi hanno risolto un bel problema, andando oltre (secondo me), il loro dovere di venditori, sostituendomi uno strumento che si è poi rivelato difettoso(anche dopo molto tempo). Un post vendita non comune , mi hanno contattato via mail, via telefono, fino alla risoluzione del problema. Se dovessi fare acquisti di questo genere, mi rivolgerò a loro. Una sicurezza.

They solved a big problem for me, going beyond (in my opinion) their duty as salesmen, by replacing an instrument that turned out to be defective (even after a long time). An uncommon after-sales service, they contacted me by email, by phone, until the problem was resolved. If I have to make purchases of this kind, I will contact them. A security.
