Prendiamo un sandalo per il bimbo e andiamo alla cassa.
Bancomat ed al momento di inserire il pin spunta l'importo senza lo sconto. "Mi dispiace ma lo sconto sul secondo paio è solo sulle scarpe Tata. Ormai ho battuto lo scontrino e deve pagarle".
Complimenti per la trasparenza e correttezza di informazione e comportamento. NON CI RITORNEREMO PIÙ SICURAMENTE.

Allora siamo tornati due giorni dopo per accedere al 30 %extra abbiamo scelto la seconda scarpa come da regolamento
La signorina ci nega dicendo che non potevamo accedere allo sconto perché non era tata come collezione ma ci siamo accorti che era sempre un prodotto made in Cina
Perciò abbiamo lasciato il secondo paio e andiamo a pagare il primo paio con un'aggiunta di 10 centesimi della busta come quando compri la frutta a marchet a ciò indignati abbiamo lasciato i prodotti sulla cassa e lamentando alla signorina che è una vergogna
Conclusione hanno perso più di 100 euro di vendita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio.hanno perso una cliente che non bada a spese nel comprare scarpe, ho conosciuto questo marchio nel Lazio dove era tutto perfetto, negozio elegante,personale gentilissimo, tornata in Sicilia ho scoperto cosa significa l'esatto opposto.
Bad shop, they lost a customer who doesn't mind buying shoes, I met this brand in Lazio where everything was perfect, elegant shop, very kind staff, back in Sicily I discovered what the exact opposite means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un paio di scarpe che poi ho dovuto cambiare. Mi hanno rifiutato il cambio per un errore di codice prendendomi per imbrogliona e bugiarda mentre invece era scritto a caratteri cubitali anche sulla scarpa il marchio TATA. Mai più in questo negozio pessimo!!!
I bought a pair of shoes which I then had to change. They refused me the change due to a code error, taking me for a cheat and a liar, while the TATA brand was also written in large letters on the shoe. Never again in this bad shop !!!
