Che dire poi della carne: ottima la tagliata e spettacolare la costata! E per finire una panna cotta fantastica al basilico! Molto molto bravi! Siamo stati a una delle serate di degustazione con menù fisso, quella degli abbinamenti di carne con il gin BUGIN. Tante portate con cocktail a base di BUGIN diversi ad ogni portata: scelta originale e davvero azzeccata. Ambiente informale ma raffinato. Ma soprattutto è particolare cenare dove, di giorno, è aperta la macelleria. La tagliata di vitella di carne frollata era ottima. Bella l'idea di fare una serata a tema così. Prezzo giusto vista la qualità degli ingredienti e l'ampio utilizzo del gin ideato da Mauro, il titolare, che era anche a servire. Quando la superiorità della qualità delle materie prime, incontra servizio ottimo, cortesia e anche una location particolare, in po' fuori dei canoni, Intimo e ben curato, ecco che si può tranquillamente parlare di eccellenza. Lo consiglio vivamente, a chi piace la carne, naturalmente. Da non andarsene senza aver comprato un loro salume. È una macelleria a tutti gli effetti, dove si può comprare carne, salumi di loro produzione e altre leccornie del posto. La sera assolutamente da prenotare i posti non sono molti. Interessantissima l'atmosfera che si respira a pranzo, dove mentre si mangia si può osservare i clienti che vengono a comprare la carne. Hamburger da assaggiare per credere. Excellent place. Effettuano la consegna a domicilio ed hanno un sito dal quale scegliere ma non troppo user friendly e vi sono molte proposte. Chiaramente non è facile ordinare carne, salumi ed altro senza poter scegliere e vedere di persona quindi ci si deve fidare. Mi occupo di food da trent'anni e la qualità è medio buona ma non replicabile, nel senso che ordinando le stesse identiche cose a distanza ad esempio di dieci giorni, potete trovarvi con qualità, tagli, tipologia e gusto (ad esempio dei loro hamburger) differente. Cortesia e disponibilità nella norma, meno nel rispondere alle review. 3 stelle a prodotto e qualità, 1 stella al community manager.
