★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavimento con listoni in lvt effetto legno tarkett....personalmente non lo consiglio, almeno per quanto riguarda il tipo da me acquistato circa un anno fa: la superficie non liscia, ma cd goffrata (in sostanza come se fosse completamente graffiata o rigata) rende anche bene l'effetto legno, ma si è rivelata veramente molto problematica da pulire a fondo, nonostante l'azienda dichiari di adottare un trattamento in grado proprio di facilitare la pulizia. A parte questo, che si può considerare un errore personale di valutazione nella scelta, quello che vorrei sottolineare è il fatto di non ver avuto alcuna risposta dal servizio clienti della ditta quando ho evidenziato la suddetta problematica. Ecco un servizio clienti che non risponde in alcun modo rappresenta a mio parere un grosso punto di caduta.
 Floor with lvt planks with tarkett wood effect .... personally I do not recommend it, at least as regards the type I bought about a year ago: the surface is not smooth, but so-called embossed (basically as if it were completely scratched or scored) it also renders the wood effect well, but it has proved to be really very problematic to clean thoroughly, despite the company declaring that it adopts a treatment that is able to facilitate cleaning. Apart from this, which can be considered a personal error of assessment in the choice, what I would like to emphasize is the fact that there was no response from the company's customer service when I highlighted the aforementioned problem. Here is a customer service that does not respond in any way represents in my opinion a big drop point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Есть небольшая парковка на 1-2 машины но стоит знак стоянка запрещена. Персонал отзывчивый. Грузят быстро. Нужен Грин пас.
There is a small parking lot for 1-2 cars but there is a no parking sign. The staff is responsive. Load quickly. You need a green pass.

Respect to the security guard, so clearly explains in English that I did not know it all understood. Minus that it does not have a normal toilet.
