★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante sia cliente da molti anni per l’acquisto dei scarponi da trekking per tutta la famiglia, oggi si sono rifiutati di sostituirmi uno scarpone Adidas da trekking di mia figlia che dopo poche ore di utilizzo si è tagliato. Hanno violato i diritti del consumatore sostenendo che è stata colpa del cliente. Ma vi pare!!! A mio parere azienda poco seria che non considera il cliente un loro patrimonio come ci insegna i manuali di economia.
 Despite having been a customer for many years for the purchase of hiking boots for the whole family, today they refused to replace my daughter's Adidas hiking boot which was cut after a few hours of use. They violated the consumer's rights by claiming it was the customer's fault. But you think so !!! In my opinion, a rather serious company that does not consider the customer as their heritage, as the economy manuals teach us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornata a vedere questo negozio dopo molto tempo. Ora ricordo il perché erano anni che non ci tornavo! Mi domando se le recensioni a 5 stelle siano tutti amici e parenti. Prezzi alti, proprietari altezzosi e con atteggiamenti stizzosi. Una maleducazione che per fortuna non si trova in altri negozi. Inoltre, visto il periodo covid, non ti fanno nemmeno toccare l'abbigliamento , forse non si sono messi a norma con l'attrezzatura per la sterilizzazione dei vestiti? Vestiti che i clienti devono per forza di cose provare e tastare e testare. Pessimo.
I came back to see this shop after a long time. Now I remember why I hadn't been back for years! I wonder if the 5 star reviews are all friends and family. High prices, haughty owners and with angry attitudes. A rudeness that fortunately is not found in other shops. Also, given the covid period, they don't even let you touch the clothing, maybe they didn't comply with the clothes sterilization equipment? Clothes that customers have to try on and feel and test. Very bad.

Abbiamo comprato un paio di scarponcini a nostra figlia di 5 anni dopo 2 giorni glieli abbiamo riportati indietro perché entrava acqua da per tutto e la risposta che ci hanno dato è : beh per 30 euro cosa vi aspettavate? Non so cosa farci.. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.. sicuramente non ci andremo più..
Never seen so much rudeness. We bought a pair of boots for our 5 year old daughter after 2 days we brought them back because water was coming in everywhere and the answer they gave us is: well for 30 euros what did you expect? I don't know what to do with it .. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED .. surely we won't go there anymore ..
