Roberto è un maestro del pane che ci mette tutta la sua passione ed esperienza in quello che fa. Roberto is a bread master who puts all his passion and experience into what he does. Pizza, focaccia, sweets less ... (but it is typical of real bakeries) but the bread ... guys, what goodness ... my children like it too ... It brings you back with the memory ... of how non-frozen bread was made!

Qualche giorno dopo riproviamo, pensando fosse stata colpa nostra non avendole mangiate subito ma qualche ora dopo. Compriamo 2 panini, 2 focacce. Panini durissimi, focacce posse come se fossero lì da 2-3 giorni. Purtroppo lo sconsiglio. Attracted by the queue, we stopped to get the focaccia. It lasts and can. A few days later we try again, thinking it was our fault not having eaten them immediately but a few hours later. We buy 2 sandwiches, 2 focaccias. Very hard sandwiches, posse buns like they've been there for 2-3 days. Unfortunately I do not recommend it.
