N	Nino Aiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliato dai patron del B&B in cui abbiamo soggiornato in un paese cilentano circostante (ma anche dal famoso Pignataro che segnala le trattorie tipiche con prodotti slow food), siamo stati a cena venerdi sera, dopo aver prenotato. La conduzione di questa tratto-pizzeria è familiare ma davvero molto efficiente considerando i tempi abbastanza lenti tipici del Cilento. Veniamo al cibo. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti, uno di nome "tarallucci e vino" (come il locale) e l'altro "acqua e sale". Entrambi buoni ma soprattutto la semplice pappa al pomodoro rappresentata da "acqua e sale". Poi, due bistecche di vitello con un piatto di contorni di verdure miste: una squisitezza in entrambi i casi. Carne saporita, morbida al taglio e sapientemente ben cotta. Per finire un buon dessert costituito da una fetta di torta semifredda al cioccolato fondente accompagnata da un buon finocchietto. Non ce l'abbiamo fatta a consumare tutti i contorni, per cui abbiamo richiesto una bag take away con la quale ci siamo deliziati l'indomani in riva al mare unitamente al loro ottimo pane. Esperienza davvero travolgente nella semplicità e genuinità della cucina del Vallo di Diano. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Recommended by the patrons of the B&B where we stayed in a surrounding Cilentan town (but also by the famous Pignataro which indicates the typical trattorias with slow food products), we had dinner on Friday evening, after booking. The management of this section-pizzeria is familiar but very efficient considering the rather slow times typical of Cilento. We come to food. We ordered two appetizers, one named "tarallucci e vino" (like the local) and the other "water and salt". Both good but above all the simple tomato soup represented by "water and salt". Then, two veal steaks with a plate of mixed vegetable side dishes: a delicacy in both cases. Tasty meat, soft when cut and expertly well cooked. To finish, a good dessert consisting of a slice of semifredda dark chocolate cake accompanied by a good fennel. We did not manage to consume all the side dishes, so we requested a take away bag with which we delighted the next day by the sea together with their excellent bread. A truly overwhelming experience in the simplicity and genuineness of the Vallo di Diano cuisine. Excellent value for money.

Dopo aver ordinato e mangiato un antipasto classico con salumi e formaggi (esclusa la mozzarella che non era fresca), abbiamo ordinato due primi piatti. La signora ci ha assicurato fosse tutto prodotto da loro, inclusa la pasta. Abbiamo ordinato due piatti di ravioli, il primo al sugo e l'altro in bianco. I ravioli di ricotta erano acidi. Abbiamo concluso il pranzo pensando fosse il tipo di raviolo ad aver un sapore così forte, conclusione: notte in bianco, bruciore di stomaco e diarrea. Forse potreste provare altri piatti, sicuramente da evitare i ravioli. We went to this place for lunch, full of excellent expectations, which alas, were bitterly disappointed. After ordering and eating a classic antipasto with cold cuts and cheeses (excluding mozzarella which was not fresh), we ordered two first courses. The lady assured us it was all made by them, including the pasta. We ordered two plates of ravioli, the first with sauce and the other in white. The ricotta ravioli was sour. We ended the lunch thinking it was the type of ravioli that tasted so strong, conclusion: sleepless night, heartburn and diarrhea. Maybe you could try other dishes, definitely avoid the ravioli.
