★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato le tende a rullo di casa nel giugno 2019, arrivate dopo vari solleciti a novembre. Durante il montaggio ci si è accorti che due tende erano macchiate ed altre tre rovinate con pieghe. Dopo una settimana due tende sono cadute, ma era colpa del muro. Dopo qualche tempo si è rotto il sistema di arrotolamento ed una tenda è stata smontata a terra ed un altra è mancante di terminale. A distanza di più di un anno dall'ordine e dopo decine di telefonate, messaggi ed inutili visite in negozio sono ancora in attesa della sostituzione delle tende e dei pezzi mancanti.
I bought the home roller blinds in June 2019, which arrived after several reminders in November. During the assembly it was noticed that two curtains were stained and three others ruined with creases. After a week two curtains fell, but it was the fault of the wall. After some time the rolling system broke and one curtain was dismantled on the ground and another one is missing a terminal. More than a year after the order and after dozens of phone calls, messages and useless visits to the store, they are still waiting for the replacement of the curtains and the missing pieces.
