★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo richiesto un preventivo per la sostituzione del tessuto del letto matrimoniale ormai usurato inviando tutte le informazioni utili da loro richieste per consentire la formulazione dell'offerta. Dopo quasi un mese di silenzio assoluto mi sono dovuto far vivo io comunicando che ormai avevo deciso di affidarmi ad altra ditta. Si sono giustificati causa troppo lavoro e urgenze varie con altri clienti. Perfetto, capisco che magari il periodo era pieno di impegni e urgenze varie (e su questo non può che essere un bene per una ditta) ma almeno avere la premura (giusto un paio di minuti) per contattare un potenziale cliente ed informarlo che la richiesta è stata presa in carico e che causa mole di lavoro sono in ritardo con il preventivo si poteva anche fare. Mi hanno risposto solo dopo che avevo ormai comunicato la decisione di lasciar perdere. Mi spiace davvero.
I had requested a quote for the replacement of the worn out double bed fabric by sending all the useful information requested by them to allow the formulation of the offer. After almost a month of absolute silence, I had to show up by communicating that by now I had decided to entrust myself to another company. They justified themselves due to too much work and various urgencies with other customers. Perfect, I understand that maybe the period was full of various commitments and urgencies (and on this it can only be good for a company) but at least have the concern (just a couple of minutes) to contact a potential customer and inform him that the request was taken in charge and due to the amount of work I am late with the estimate it could also be done. They only answered me after I had already communicated the decision to let it go. I'm really sorry.
