β β β β β Non farΓ² mai piΓΉ rifornimento in questa stazione, a meno che non ci sarΓ un cambio di gestione. A luglio, di sabato pomeriggio, mi sono fermato per fare il pieno di metano. Dopo averlo effettuato presento all'addetto (presumo il caposquadra) la mia carta di credito. Sua risposta: "Di sabato pomeriggio, non si accettano le carte". Premetto che giΓ altre volte avevo fatto rifornimento di sabato e che quel giorno non c'era nessun cartello che indicasse quanto sopra. Avendo con me solo 15β¬ in contanti, gli ho chiesto la cortesia -lasciando in suo possesso i 15β¬ e la mia carta di identitΓ - di andare a fare un prelievo. Controreplica sgarbata e minacciosa: "Da qui non ti muovi, se non paghi". Fortunatamente, il passeggero che era con me ha aggiunto i 5β¬ che mancavano. E -grazie al cielo- ho mantenuto la calma. Morale della favola: prima di fare il pieno in questa stazione, accertatevi che accettino le carte. E se vi capitasse la mia stessa disgrazia, chiamate i carabinieri e vediamo cosa succede.
I will never refuel at this station again, unless there is a change in management. In July, on a Saturday afternoon, I stopped to fill up with methane. After having done it, I present my credit card to the assistant (I assume the foreman). His answer: "On Saturday afternoon, cards are not accepted." I state that I had previously refueled on Saturday and that that day there was no sign indicating the above. Having only β¬ 15 in cash with me, I asked him for the courtesy - leaving in his possession the β¬ 15 and my identity card - to go and make a withdrawal. Rude and threatening rejoinder: "You won't move from here if you don't pay". Fortunately, the passenger who was with me added the β¬ 5 that was missing. And - thank goodness - I kept my cool. Moral of the story: before you fill up at this station, make sure they accept the cards. And if my own misfortune happens to you, call the carabinieri and let's see what happens.

β β β β β Sono un autista straniero. Dopo una giornata calda e dura, mi sono fermato per fermarmi. Ne ho solo sognato uno. Una birra ben refrigerata.
