Porta carte Montblanc acquistato a maggio, lasciato ad incidere e consegnato (solo virtualmente tramite questa foto whatsapp)
dopo 5 mesi in queste condizioni barbare.
Professionalità zero da parte di chi si spaccia per gioielliere e nessuna tutela dei consumatori.
Mi dispiace fare questa denuncia pubblica però purtroppo l’unica magra consolazione è quella di poter evitare che altra povera gente che si suda i soldi ogni giorno possa spenderli da chi non ha il minimo rispetto per i clienti.

Zero professionalism by those who pretend to be jewelers and no consumer protection.
I'm sorry to make this public complaint, but unfortunately the only meager consolation is that of being able to prevent other poor people who sweat money every day from spending it on those who do not have the slightest respect for customers.
