a	aaa bbb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capitato diverse volte di trovare il self fuori servizio e io sono a due km quindi lo frequentavo settimanalmente, in caso di recupero del credito del per mancata erogazione (lo scontrino che rilascia il self se non eroghi il carburante)ho dovuto rifornirmi alla pompa servita e non al self obbligandoli a un prezzo maggiore del carburante. Il gestore non rientra nella mia idea di cordialità. V	Veronica Verzeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda l'autolavaggio il prezzo è eccessivo,mi viene fatto pagare il sovraprezzo di 5€(20 di base) perché secondo loro l'auto era molto sporca;pazienza posso anche accettarlo ma almeno mi si riconsegna l'auto pulita come uno si aspetta,non con ancora la polvere nei tre portaoggetti... Se l'obiettivo era quello di perdere un cliente, l'avete raggiunto in pieno! Mi presento questa mattina per chiedere di fare un lavaggio solo interno perché dovrò usare la macchina ad un matrimonio domani e volevo lavarla fuori a ridosso del matrimonio. Senza troppe spiegazioni e voltandomi le spalle mi dicono che o tutto o niente. Loro non lo fanno. Cerco di capire il perché e mi continuano a dire di no, girandomi le spalle e mandandomi via come il peggior appestato. Quando si dice approccio al cliente. Approccio a loro stessi e quello che vogliono fare, il cliente non conta. Mi è stato detto che meglio perdere questi clienti, tanto ce ne sono altri. Vergognosi è l'unica parola che mi viene in mente. Sicuramente non mi rivedranno mai più. I am a long-time customer. I always go there for petrol. Sometimes to wash the car. No refund possible as no staff present. "Credit" is valid 90 days.. Very useful as this happened 2hrs before our return flight.
