★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dicembre 2019 mio padre inseriva 10€ nel distributore automatico, senza ricevere il carburante o lo scontrino di mancata emissione. Mio padre segnalava subito il problema al gestore che era presenta e che avrebbe potuto facilmente verificare l'accaduto. Tale gestore invece che aiutare il mio papà, consegnava un modulo cartaceo da compilare e inviare per email (cosa complicata per chi non usa internet).
Ho effettuato la procedura per conto di mio padre e inviato la email ma non abbiamo ottenuto nessuna risposta. Abbiamo nuovamente segnalato al gestore di aver effettuato la procedura e di non avere ricevuto risposta ma il gestore ignorava nuovamente le lamentele.
A distanza di quasi 1 anno nessuno ha restituito il denaro a mio padre e probabilmente il gestore utilizza questa tattica con diversi clienti, riuscendo ad intascare denaro senza erogare carburante.
ATTENZIONE NON RESTITUISCE DENARO IN CASO DI MANCATA EROGAZIONE DI CARBURANTE.
In December 2019 my father put € 10 in the vending machine, without receiving the fuel or the non-issue receipt. My father immediately reported the problem to the manager who was present and who could easily verify what had happened. This manager instead of helping my dad, delivered a paper form to fill out and send by email (which is complicated for those who do not use the internet).
I went through the procedure on behalf of my father and sent the email but we got no response. We again reported to the manager that he had carried out the procedure and had not received a reply but the manager again ignored the complaints.
Almost 1 year later, no one has returned the money to my father and the manager probably uses this tactic with several customers, managing to pocket money without supplying fuel.
ATTENTION DOES NOT RETURN MONEY IN CASE OF FAILURE TO DELIVER FUEL.
