A	Antonella Matassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, in quanto, nel mese di febbraio ho acquistato un televisore e mi è arrivato a casa rotto. Ho chiamato subito il Sig. Tamburrino facendogli presente che il televisore era arrivato rotto, lo stesso mi diceva che se riusciva a farsi rimborsare i soldi dalla LG o dal corriere mi avrebbe rimandato un nuovo televisore. Dopo un paio di mesi è arrivato a casa un nuovo televisore anche questo rotto e di un modello inferiore a quello da me acquistato. Ho richiamato il Sig. Tamburrino dicendogli che oltre ad essere ancora rotto era anche di un modello inferiore, il Sig. Tamburrino mi risponde che sicuramente la colpa della rottura era da destinarsi al corriere e che la televisione era addirittura di un modello superiore cosa assolutamente non vera. Da questo momento in poi ho avuto contatti con il Sig. Tamburrino chiedendo di poter riavere indietro i miei soldi ma ad oggi sto ancora aspettando perché il Sig. dice che lui non risponde a questi danni in quanto la colpa di entrambe le rotture, secondo lui, sono del corriere. Mentre sò per certo che è il venditore che deve rispondere di eventuali danni e poi successivamente vedersela lui con il corriere visto che l'ha scelto lui. Per tutti questi motivi non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Bad experience, as, in February I bought a TV and it arrived home broken. After a couple of months, a new TV arrived home, also broken and of a lower model than the one I bought. I called Mr. Tamburrino telling him that in addition to being still broken it was also of a lower model, Mr. Tamburrino replied that surely the fault of the break was to be destined to the courier and that the television was even of a superior model which absolutely not true. From this moment on I have had contact with Mr. Tamburrino asking to be able to get my money back but to date I am still waiting because Mr. says he is not liable for these damages as the fault of both breakages, according to him , I'm from the courier. While I know for sure that it is the seller who must answer for any damages and then subsequently deal with the courier himself as he has chosen it. For all these reasons I would not recommend it to anyone.
V	Vincenzo Napoletano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa. Ho ordinato un cellulare dual sim (€ 14,50+9 spedizione+5 pagamento contrassegno) ed ho ricevuto un telefono inferiore e ad 1 sim. Alle mie mail hanno risposto dicendomi che "per errore" il telefono da me ordinato non c'era (mi viene il dubbio che abbiano volutamente spedito una cosa diversa ed inferiore) e potevano rimborsarlo. Nelle successive mail mi facevano intendere che il trasporto del reso sarebbe stato a mio carico (per il loro errore) e non chiarivano, pur sollecitati due volte, quanto avrebbero rimborsato (il mio dubbio è che avrebbero rimborsato solo €14,50 del costo telefono e niente altro. Li ho abbandonati e sconsiglio il negozio. Negative. I ordered a dual sim mobile phone (€ 14.50 + 9 shipping + 5 cash on delivery) and I received a lower phone and 1 sim. They replied to my emails saying that "by mistake" the phone I ordered was not there (I doubt that they deliberately sent something different and inferior) and they could refund it. In the following emails they made me understand that the return transport would be at my expense (for their mistake) and did not clarify, even if requested twice, how much they would reimburse (my doubt is that they would have reimbursed only € 14.50 of the telephone cost and nothing else. I have abandoned them and I do not recommend the shop.

Ho chiesto un reso per un prodotto di qualità e affidabile acquistato su eprice, per un altro prodotto con altre caratteristiche più performanti e adatti alle mie esigenze. È stato comprensivo e disponibile al cambio senza problemi e cin pazienza. Consiglio vivamante anche per la varietà delle marche e della disponibilità di pezzi. Anche se vivo in provincia di Bergamo sicuramente farò acquisti da loro. Complimenti. Really helpful, reliable and honest person. I asked for a return for a quality and reliable product purchased on eprice, for another product with other more performing characteristics and suited to my needs. He was understanding and willing to change without problems and with patience. I also highly recommend for the variety of brands and the availability of parts. m	master gamer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non acquistate niente,io ho comprato un samsung note 10+ ed era tutto cinese con scritte cinesi,poi dopo un po non iniziò a funzionare bene perché le applicazioni su chiudevano da sole ed in qualche modo mi ha ridato i soldi,(non acquisterò mai più da lui) Do not buy anything, I bought a samsung note 10+ and it was all Chinese with Chinese writing, then after a while it did not start to work well because the applications on closed by themselves and somehow gave me back the money, (I will never buy more from him)
