Mi sono rivolta alla TAM Immobiliare su consiglio di un’amica, dopo aver già consultato altre due agenzie che mi avevano lasciato alquanto perplessa. Quando ho conosciuto Marco Tamaro e la Sig.ra Bilijana Klepic non ho avuto dubbi: erano loro i prescelti.
Professionisti a 360°, hanno dimostrato grande competenza, precisione, disponibilità, puntualità e cortesia. Che altro dire? Un’esperienza molto positiva per la quale li ringrazio di cuore.

I turned to TAM Immobiliare on the advice of a friend, after having already consulted two other agencies that had left me somewhat perplexed. When I met Marco Tamaro and Mrs. Bilijana Klepic I had no doubts: they were the chosen ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto al sig. Stefano per affittare una mansarda nuova ed arredata in centro città, e la vendita di un appartamento. Nel primo caso mi ha presto trovato un inquilino, permettendosi di rifiutare delle persone che 'non gli piacevano'. Nel secondo caso l' appartamento era affittato, gravato da un contratto di donazione, e in assenza del proprietario. Il sig. Stefano si è occupato per rescindere prematuramente il contratto di affitto, e vendere lo stesso facendo una 'Procura a Vendere'.
Alla fine......mi ha anche trovato delle persone per svuotare i locali.
Tutto concluso! Bravi!

Il dott. Gabriele Moretto mi ha accompagnato con competenza, professionalità e disponibilità durante ogni fase, dalla scelta all'acquisto della casa. La trattativa di vendita è stata completata con molta perizia e in tempi rapidi: la documentazione necessaria è stata preparata senza problemi, così come la firma del contratto di vendita di fronte al notaio. Gabriele ha svolto con serietà e simpatia il suo lavoro di agente immobiliare.
I turned to TAM Immobiliare for the purchase of a property. The information on the site corresponded perfectly to reality and the photos were of excellent quality. The sales negotiation was completed with great skill and quickly: the necessary documentation was prepared without problems, as well as the signing of the sales contract in front of the notary. I cannot recommend them highly enough, for their professionalism, and their attention to detail when it came to the particulars of the property, the contract and the relevant administration required. I was fortunate to have their guidance throughout this whole process - again, I was fortunate to be dealing with this agency. I felt in safe hands the whole way through. For foreigners - they are able to navigate the bureaucracy associated with buying as a non-Italian, which is incredible, and takes away any stress. Thank you again !
