A	Alisa Gusakovska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente che chiacchiera continuamente al telefono e non riesci a chiedere nessuna informazione e continua mentre ti fa il conto così lo sbaglia e quando glielo fai notare ti da 3 volte il resto sbagliato e il tuo scontrino a un altro cliente e non te ne fa uno nuovo... Quando torni la volta dopo sperando di cambiare un capo anche senza lo scontrino te lo cambia ridendoti in faccia e parlando con la collega in tedesco per tutto il tempo che ti serve e tu capisci chiaramente che ti sta prendendo in giro perché un po'di tedesco lo capisci... Non ho mai visto una mancanza di professionalità e serietà così! Incompetent staff who constantly chat on the phone and you can't ask for any information and continue while you are doing the bill so you make a mistake and when you point it out to you they give you 3 times the wrong change and your receipt to another customer and you don't get one new ... Eine Freundin hatte erst kürzlich einen Pullover gekauft. Bei dem Pullover wurde das Sicherheitsetikett nicht abgemacht. Beim hinausgehen gab es keinen PIEPS- Ton. In einem anderen Laden in der Nähe, konnte man den Ton hören, was sehr peinlich war. Das Personal hatte miteinander geredet, weswegen es wahrscheinlich auch zu dem Fehler kam.... Actually quite a nice business, the clothes I like also good but the staff is not very friendly. A friend had recently bought a sweater. For the sweater, the security tag has not been settled. When go, there was no PIEPS- tone. At another store nearby, you could hear the sound, which was very embarrassing. The staff had spoken of, it therefore probably came to the error ....
G	Giulia Vidori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vestiti carini, economici...ma se le commesse devono lavorare con una arroganza e indifferenza verso il cliente così come ci hanno trattato, meglio cambiare lavoro. non so come faccia a essere ancora aperto un negozio così. do due stelle solo per i vestiti e l'ambiente, rovinato, purtroppo, dal clima che si era creato. Nice clothes, cheap ... but if the orders have to work with an arrogance and indifference towards the customer as they treated us, it is better to change jobs. I don't know how a shop like this is still open. I give two stars only for the clothes and the environment, unfortunately ruined by the climate that was created.
