★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato fiducia tante volte al proprietario, oggi ha raggiunto uno dei limiti più bassi che abbia mai vissuto nel servizio clienti, inventandosi cose non vere e senza neanche averle prima verificate.
Ho portato lo scooter a riparare diverse volte (comprato da loro di 2a mano) - scooter che mi ha dato continuamente problemi (quindi posso dire di essere stato consigliato male fin dall'inizio) - e oggi lo scooter sembra aver avuto lo stesso problema (pompa dell'acqua) che avevo fatto sistemare a Feb. '20.
Sono passati 5 mesi, compreso il lockdown, e solo 1500 km e si ripresenta lo stesso problema per il quale avevo speso circa 500€.
Purtroppo ci sono ancora persone che riescono ad avere un'attività nonostante comportamenti e atteggiamenti non in grado di ascoltare il cliente e fornire un servizio all'altezza. A volte serve un bagno di umiltà, ammettere i propri limiti ed errori. Devi essere all'altezza di dire "ho/abbiamo sbagliato", non tutti lo sono. E' anche e soprattutto una questione di umiltà.

I took the scooter to repair several times (bought from them by the 2nd hand) - scooter that has given me continually problems (so I can say I was advised badly from the beginning) - and today the scooter seems to have had the same problem ( water pump) which I had set up on Feb. '20.
5 months have passed, including the lockdown, and only 1500 km and the same problem arose for which I had spent around € 500.
Unfortunately, there are still people who manage to have an activity despite behaviors and attitudes that are unable to listen to the customer and provide a service up to par. Sometimes you need a bath of humility, admitting your limits and mistakes. You have to live up to saying "I / we were wrong", not everyone is. It is also and above all a question of humility.
