Giovedì sera, quasi a orario di chiusura del negozio, ho comprato una stola per un vestito non essendo molto convinta che il colore andasse bene e perplessa anche sulla qualità della stoffa, 100% poliestere. La commessa mi dice:"se non va bene può cambiarla senza problemi". Torno dopo una settimana e qualche ora, per la precisione venerdì, chiedendo di cambiarla con una di un altro colore e la signora mi dice che non può cambiarla perché sullo scontrino c'è scritto che il cambio va fatto entro 7 giorni!! Purtroppo per lavoro non ho potuto spaccare il minuto. Avrei capito questo comportamento se fossi andata dopo 10 giorni o dopo un mese ma il venerdì per il giovedì è solo una pura e grandissima scortesia! In this shop I received a rudeness! I'll be back after a week and a few hours, to be precise on Friday, asking to change it with one of another color and the lady tells me that she can't change it because on the receipt it says that the change must be done within 7 days !! Unfortunately for work I could not break the minute. I would have understood this behavior if I had gone after 10 days or after a month but Friday for Thursday is just a pure and great rudeness!
