M	Mika Mäntylä on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In countries with an excellent domestic food culture, like Italy, it is not worthwhile eating Sushi. I have eaten in numerous better Sushi places in Finland and Sweden. Those countries have a weak domestic food culture making them more prone to correctly adapt foreign cuisine. The food is worth 3/5 but since the price is high I'll give this only 2/5.

The food is well presented with as soft taste, food is good overall. I would not get the udon noodle with the octopus, money wasted. Mixed tempura offers a limited offer of fish. I will come back if they take me otherwise is good to give a try.

F	Ferrante Neri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality fish. Simple sushi/sashimi was good. Other varieties inspired by a fusion with the local cuisine were, in my opinion, questionable. I did not like them. It could be a matter of taste but not what I'd have expected in a Japanese restaurant. The bill felt a bit on the high side but not unreasonable at all for what we had: 53€ pp for several sushi plates (i felt full at the end) including half a bottle of wine. The worst bit was the service: the waiter kind of imposed what we were going to have. He got the general feeling of what we could have liked and we had to 'trust him'. Every served platter was a surprise. Some came across as good some did not. Again, this seems to be the attitude of waiters in local upscale restaurants, hence not a specific criticism only a personal dislike. Overall, it was a good experience.
P	Pier RK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! My wife (Japanese) and myself really enjoyed our dinner at Taku. The atmosphere is very quiet, you can choose between 2 rooms. One of the Japanese chefs came to say hi and to ask if everything was ok. The food and quality of fish was amazing. Good choice also for the non-sushi menu.
