Il tutto con un sorriso cordiale che non guasta mai. They can solve even the most complex problems; not only a hem, but also difficult repairs - to me they saved a leather jacket. Lavoro non eseguito completamente e quando è stato fissato appuntamento per la riparazione, il negozio era chiuso e non è stato mandato neanche un messaggio per avvertire. Male male Bad experience. I contro che mi spingono a dare solo due stelle: 1- da migliorare decisamente la comunicazione con i clienti che in certi casi è importante per non perdere tempo/viaggi a vuoto (a meno che non scriva il cliente, non vengono mandati avvisi di alcun genere tipo riparazione pronta/non pronta, materiale ancora non pervenuto ecc...) 2- un giro di fornitori stranamente ristretto: solo uno che se non ha il materiale necessario a disposizione bisogna abbandonare la missione (a meno che il cliente non riesca a procurarselo) 3- la riparazione principale era la sostituzione di 4 toppe, però due punti alla targhetta del marchio che si era staccata da un lato, mi aspettavo venissero messi da loro. The cons that push me to give only two stars: 1- to definitely improve communication with customers which in some cases is important in order not to waste time / empty trips (unless the customer writes, no warnings are sent type of repair ready / not ready, material not yet received etc ...) 2- a strangely restricted group of suppliers: only one who, if he does not have the necessary material available, must abandon the mission (unless the customer is able to procurarselo) 3- the main repair was the replacement of 4 patches, but two points on the brand plate that had detached from one side, I expected them to be put on.

La prima volta è stata fatta una minima parte del lavoro concordato che consisteva nell'attaccare l'etichetta di un vestito che si era scucita da un lato e il risultato è stato l'utilizzo di un filo di un colore completamente diverso dall'abito. Son tornata non appena mi sono accorta, la signora si è mostrata alquanto confusa sul colore da utilizzare e scocciata del fatto di dover rifare il lavoro. In quanto sartoria e, dopo il costo assurdo richiesto di 10 euro, mi sarei aspettata professionalità, una sartoria assortita di colori ma soprattutto che la signora sapesse adattare i colori agli abiti. If I had had a chance to give zero stars, I would have done it. I have been to this tailor shop twice and both times for the same dress. The first time a small amount of the agreed work was done which consisted of attaching the label of a dress that was unstitched on one side and the result was the use of a thread of a completely different color from the dress. I came back as soon as I realized, the lady was quite confused about the color to use and annoyed about having to redo the job. As a tailor shop and, after the absurd cost of 10 euros, I would have expected professionalism, an assorted tailoring of colors but above all that the lady knew how to adapt the colors to the clothes.
