I always stop by Bar Tahini when I am visiting Santo Stefano Quisquina usually for aperitifs or after dinner drinks. I like to order the bar's version of a peach bellini; peach vodka and prosecco. Delicious! The bar's pastries are quite good too. I particularly like their freshly made cannoli with local ricotta. Much better than any cannoli I have ever tasted in the USA and in many other parts of Italy. The locale is cute and the staff is nice.
