Come sempre scettica verso qualsiasi parrucchiere. Avevo chiesto di essere seguita da Cristina o da Lucia ma il colore mi è stato fatto da Alina mentre taglio e piega da Valentina, ragazze sicuramente con meno esperienza data la giovane età. Anche se il colore è più scuro di quello richiesto non mi dispiace essendo molto simile alla mia solita tinta. Avevo chiesto di tagliare pochissimo e Valentina mi ha accontentata eliminando solo le disparità create da me. Per la piega ogni volta che esco da un parrucchiere arrivo a casa e metto la testa sotto l'acqua perché non posso vedermi con pettinature troppo poco naturali. Questa volta invece è bastato dare qualche colpo di spazzola per vedermi con un occhio diverso. Chiedo scusa se sono uscita dal negozio con un po' di malumore. Sulla pulizia, la cortesia e la puntualità niente da dire. Aggiungerei un ripiano vicino alla cassa per poter appoggiare la borsa al momento del pagamento e lascerei tenere la borsa alle clienti durante i trattamenti. For the style, every time I leave a hairdresser I come home and put my head under the water because I can't see myself with too unnatural hairstyles. Nothing to say about cleanliness, courtesy and punctuality. I would add a shelf near the cashier to be able to place the bag at checkout and let the customers keep the bag during the treatments. Ottimo team, professionali e ambiente molto piacevole! I contrasti che faccio qui sono molto naturali e durano tantissimo. Alina e Cristina sono delle vere professioniste, gentili e attente alle richieste dei loro clienti. Il negozio è curato e pulito. Non ci sono attese e per contrasti e taglio bastano un paio d’ore. Inoltre la piega che mi fa Alina mi dura tantissimo. Mi sono trovata molto bene anche con i prodotti (shampo e maschera) che mi hanno suggerito e che regolarmente uso anche a casa.
