★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo sevizio portata stampante da oltre un mese a riparare nessuna notizia, ogni volta che si chiama garantiscono risposte in pochi giorni con promesse regolarmente disattese. Se avete riparazioni da fare vi consiglio di rivolgervi altrove.
Bad printer service service for over a month to repair no news, every time you call they guarantee answers in a few days with regularly unfulfilled promises. If you have repairs to do, I suggest you go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe stato sufficiente riavviare il PC che era bloccato dopo un aggiornamento non riuscito. Invece hanno disinstallato programmi che avevo nel pc per sostituirli con quelli che dicevano loro, mi serviva il computer per il 19 (portato il 16); mi dicono che sarebbe stato pronto per tale data invece nessuno si fa sentire. Sono andata io il 21 e scopro che hanno fatto il lavoro il 20. Non dite niente se non siete in grado di completare il lavoro nelle tempistiche. Pessima esperienza e 40 euro buttati nel cesso letteralmente. (Tra l'altro pc comprato da loro 8 mesi fa ma pare che la garanzia non copra certe cose...)

Instead they uninstalled programs that I had in my pc to replace them with the ones they said, I needed the computer for the 19th (brought on the 16th); they tell me that he would be ready for that date but nobody makes himself heard. I went on the 21st and I find out that they did the job on the 20th. Don't say anything if you are not able to complete the job in the time frame. Bad experience and 40 euros literally thrown in the toilet. (Among other things, PC bought by them 8 months ago but it seems that the warranty does not cover certain things ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente soddisfatto. Hanno risolto velocemente i problemi al mio PC, sono riusciti a salvare tutti i dati di cui non ero riuscito ad effettuare il backup. Insomma dati per me importantissimi sono stati recuperati, il mio PC è stato aggiornato, tutto con la massima attenzione alle mie richieste. E anche il prezzo dell'intervento di manutenzione veramente concorrenziale!
