Risulta pressoché inutile per tutti coloro che arrivano in treno e devono raggiungere anche solo il centro di Arma o chi, come me, deve andare in paesi limitrofi come Riva Ligure. Ma una strana politica di Trenitalia non fa fermare in questa stazione la maggior parte degli intercity, praticamente è ridotta a stazione per treni regionali, penalizzando tutti gli utenti dei paesi limitrofi e anche quelli di Sanremo che sicuramente preferirebbero questa stazione a quella scomodissima e priva di parcheggi di Sanremo. Ne consegue che andrebbero migliorati i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici e aumentati i negozi, magari con una collaborazione con la grande distribuzione limitrofa. È spaziosa, pulita, nel parcheggio ci sono sempre dei posti. Manca un Po di vita ma questo non è un problema della stazione e si del Comune e dalla gente che non sa valorizzare le cose belle.
