Scarsa professionalità, se non mi fossi interessato la mia preatica sarebbe ancora da valutare finendo e non si sa come presso un altra filiale. In 2 anni non sono mai e dico mai contattato una sola volta.

 BAD choice, 2 years of silence and they can't even tell you if you can proceed for the compensation. Lack of professionalism, if I had not been interested my preatics would still be assessed and it is not known how at another branch. In 2 years I have never and I say never contacted only once.
