Yamaha dealer with a wide range of new and used motorcycles. The very friendly staff is attentive to meeting customer expectations. The support service is also timely and accurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato da loro per acquistare un Yamaha X-Max 300, fin dal primo momento sono stato trattato con indifferenza e sufficienza….ma non è tutto qui, non mi hanno saputo dare dei tempi di consegna, per vedere i colori del nuovo modello mi è stato detto di guardameli sul sito Yamaha, non mi è stato fornito un depliant illustrativo….sembrava fossero infastiditi. Credo che un cliente che entra per spendere 6360 € (questa informazione mi è stata data) debba essere trattato in maniera diversa. Morale della storia me ne sono andato e il giorno successivo ho stipulato il contratto con altra concessionaria di Verona dove il trattamento è stato completamente differente.
I went to them to buy a Yamaha X-Max 300, from the first moment I was treated with indifference and enough ... but that's not all, they didn't know how to give me delivery times, to see the colors of the new model. I was told to look at them on the Yamaha website, I was not provided with an illustrative brochure .... they seemed to be annoyed. I believe that a customer who comes in to spend € 6,360 (this information was given to me) should be treated differently. Moral of the story I left and the next day I signed a contract with another dealership in Verona where the treatment was completely different.

Ho fatto il viaggio da Trento a Verona un paio di volte ma ne è valsa la pena.
Personale veloce nelle risposte, sempre disponibile ed attento alle esigenze del proprio Cliente. Prossimamente, quando lo dovrò utilizzare, avrò modo di valutare e recensire anche il servizio post-vendita.

I recommend this Yamaha dealer to everyone ...
I made the trip from Trento to Verona a couple of times but it was worth it.
Fast response staff, always available and attentive to the needs of their customers. Soon, when I need to use it, I will also be able to evaluate and review the after-sales service.
