Il ristorante è poco conosciuto e frequentato per lo più da gente di quartiere, il che lo rende una vera e propria chicca. E poi stai sotto all’acquedotto! Norme anti-covid rispettate, personale di sala preparatissimo. We have been here several times already. Since they changed management, pizza, or rather pinsa romana, is truly spectacular! The restaurant is little known and frequented mostly by local people, which makes it a real gem. And then stay under the aqueduct! Compliance with anti-covid rules, well-trained room staff.

Bram. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante pulito e curato,il menù con taglieri di affettati molto vari ed abbondanti focaccia al rosmarino eccezionale, buoni anche i supplì e bruschette al pomodoro, si può poi scegliere se un primo di pasta, noi abbiamo assaggiato alla amatriciana molto buona che carbonara, entrambi con la chicca del guanciale croccante, oppure la pizza cotta a dovere e molto condita. Camerieri molto cordiali, simpatici e veloci, sempre pronti a farti sentire a proprio agio. Consigliato sia per coppie che per amici e parenti. Innanzitutto la qualità delle pietanze sempre fatte con materie prime fresche e cucinate con sapienza. La pinsa è semplicemente deliziosa a prescindere dal gusto scelto! Ne ho assaggiati tanti, tutti buonissimi, e la mia preferita resta quella vegetariana a base bianca. I primi molto buoni e ben fatti, specie quelli della tradizione romana. E poi il giovane gestire del locale è sempre gentile, accogliente e mai invadente. Un vero piacere chiacchierare con lui. Insomma in pochi mesi questo è diventato uno dei miei posti preferiti! I often come to this restaurant and every time I leave happy for many reasons. First of all, the quality of the dishes always made with fresh raw materials and cooked with wisdom. Pinsa is simply delicious no matter what flavor you choose! I have tasted many, all very good, and my favorite remains the white based vegetarian one. The first very good and well made, especially those of the Roman tradition. And then the young man in charge of the place is always kind, welcoming and never intrusive. A real pleasure to chat with him. In short, in a few months this has become one of my favorite places!

Ci sono stato sabato sera(con la nuova gestione ancora non avevo provato) - Bella location, bella e buona la pinsa, e super gentile e simpatico il ragazzo che ci ha serviti,credo il nuovo responsabile. Devo essere sincero, essendo del sud sono un amante della classica pizza napoletana alta, ma questa pinsa seppur ovviamente bassa mi è piaciuta assai. A parte che anche se si fredda non rimaneva dura, cosa molto.importante in questo tipo di impasti,e poi super condita !!!! Il sapore ottimo, gli ingredienti si sente che sono di qualità. ? Da ritornarci sicuramente e anche da pigliare da asporto. Ah dimenticavo ! Altra perla, il ragazzo ci ha informati anche della possibilità di servizio al tavolo nella suggestiva terrazza(che fa anche da servizio per il bar annesso) che affaccia su un acquedotto romano ! I was there on Saturday evening (with the new management I hadn't tried it yet) - Nice location, nice and good la pinsa, and super kind and nice the guy who served us, I think the new manager. I have to be honest, being from the south I am a lover of the classic high Neapolitan pizza, but I liked this pinsa even if obviously low. Apart from that even if it was cold it did not remain hard, which is very important in this type of dough, and then super seasoned !!!! Great taste, the ingredients you feel are of quality. ? Definitely to go back and also to take away. Oh I forgot! Another pearl, the boy also informed us of the possibility of table service on the suggestive terrace (which also serves as a service for the adjoining bar) overlooking a Roman aqueduct!
