Mi hanno impedito di pagare una bolletta con una scheda Postepay, con la quale avevo già effettuato un precedente pagamento proprio da loro, dicendomi in maniera poco cortese, nonché parlando anche alle mie spalle di non insistere perché questo tipo di pagamento non è consentito in tutta Italia. Sono andata in una tabaccheria poco distante, e ho tranquillamente effettuato il pagamento della bolletta, con la medesima scheda Postepay. Esercizio commerciale assolutamente sconsigliato, da evitare, per mancanza di informazioni corrette e mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti. Rude, rude and arrogant! They prevented me from paying a bill with a Postepay card, with which I had already made a previous payment from them, telling me in an unkind manner, as well as speaking behind my back not to insist because this type of payment is not allowed in all Italy. I went to a tobacconist's shop nearby, and I happily paid the bill, with the same Postepay card. Una delle due signore più anziane è stata di una maleducazione unica, sparlandomi dietro continuamente. L altra invece è stata un incapace. Sembrava che mi stessero facendo un favore. La sconsiglio veramente, non meritano proprio i vostri soldi. Sono senza parole da tanta maleducazione e incapacità di relazionarsi col pubblico Bad experience. Non a caso vado sempre da loro nonostante abiti dall'altra parte di Ladispoli! In my opinion the best tobacconist in Ladispoli! Courteous and helpful and always have everything I'm looking for! It is no coincidence that I always go to them despite living on the other side of Ladispoli!

Arrivo alle 12.55, il titolare stava chiudendo una serranda, l'altra (quella dell'ingresso) era ancora tirata su...chiedo se cortesemente posso effettuare un acquisto al volo. Lui mi guarda e non dice niente. Ripeto la domanda. Niente, nè sì nè no. Mi passa davanti e inizia a tirar giù l'altra serranda, come se niente fosse. Potevi rispondermi tranquillamente che non era possibile, invece non hai aperto bocca, quasi avessi di fronte una mosca fastidiosa. Mi hai trattato come se non esistessi; benissimo, hai perso per sempre un potenziale cliente. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti Oh my, what a rudeness!
