Ho ordinato un libro su Amazon con ritiro in questo esercizio: sono dovuto passare due volte e contattato il servizio clienti di Amazon perché, purtroppo, gli orari indicati sul sito non sono quelli reali (con chiusura all'ora di pranzo, visibile solo su Maps). In aggiunta, ho chiesto una scansione di un documento di 5 pp: sono tornato a casa ed ho visto che proprio la pagina della firma era del tutto storta! Dovrò tornare a rifare la scansione nuovamente, perché dei documenti ufficiali non si possono presentare così...ma stavolta, sicuramente, da un'altra parte! Per i titolari: controllate Amazon e state più attenti ai servizi che erogate per offrire un servizio migliore in futuro e non far perdere tempo alle persone. Un consiglio.
Unfortunately my review is negative for this tobacconist: very bad experience. I ordered a book on Amazon with collection in this exercise: I had to go through twice and contacted Amazon's customer service because, unfortunately, the times indicated on the site are not the real ones (closing at lunchtime, visible only on Maps ). In addition, I asked for a scan of a 5 pp document: I went home and saw that the signature page was completely wrong! I will have to go back to scan again, because official documents cannot be presented like this ... but this time, surely, somewhere else! For owners: check Amazon and pay more attention to the services you provide to offer a better service in the future and not waste people's time. An advice.
