Le schede per compilare i numeri non c’eran e dico alla ragazza di dargli direttamente i numeri che li inseriva manualmente e mi dice che lei non sa inserire così i biglietti della lotteria,
Allora che ci stai a fare li ????
Per lo meno sistemate le schede che uno possa comunque trovarle e compilare se non sapete fare altro!!!

Non ci spenderò più un euro
the lady who works in this tobacconist is of an impressive rudeness, I do not recommend this place to anyone if you do not want to ruin your day or I advise not to communicate with the seller, just read the other reviews to understand the level of dislike. Ho acquistato una sigaretta elettronica(per la modica cifra di 75€) sabato è il giorno dopo ha smesso di funzionare.
Infastidito sono andato a chiedere cosa si poteva fare (sostituire con in altra di nuova visto che la mia e’ durata 24 ore) e loro mi hanno semplicemente liquidato in fretta e furia dicendo che dovevo chiamare l’assistenza perché loro sono autorizzati solo alla vendita e nulla più e non me la potevano cambiare in quanto la sigaretta ha un numero di serie.
Pessimo ripeto pessimo costumer service è davvero imbarazzanti le persone che lavorano lì.

I rated this place with a star because I couldn't give less.
I bought an electronic cigarette (for the modest sum of 75 €) Saturday and the day after it stopped working.
Annoyed I went to ask what could be done (replace with a new one since mine lasted 24 hours) and they simply liquidated me in a hurry saying that I had to call assistance because they are only authorized to sell and nothing more and they couldn't change it because the cigarette has a serial number.
Bad again bad costumer service is really embarrassing the people who work there.
NEVER AGAIN.
