★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e incompetente , fa confusione ,la signora scorbutica e non si spiega nemmeno bene in italiano .. metto 1 stella ma era da -1 . Mi dispiace ma al publico bisogna saperci stare .
 Rude and incompetent staff, confusing, the grumpy lady and doesn't even explain herself well in Italian .. I put 1 star but it was -1. I'm sorry but the public must know how to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese, consiglio di andare in altre tabaccherie vicine ed in caso di necessità di biglietti dell'autobus o simili, molto meglio andare nel sottopassaggio lì vicino dove presente il personale ATM molto più cortese. E soprattutto dove potrete comprare biglietti con le carte senza sentirvi rispondere male.
Very rude staff, I recommend going to other nearby tobacconists and if you need bus tickets or similar, much better to go to the nearby underpass where the much more courteous ATM staff is present. And above all where you can buy tickets with cards without being answered badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiese dar 0 estrellas, sin duda la daría. Pésima atención y el chico joven que atiende casi nos echa a voces.
Por la noche, intentamos sacar tabaco de la máquina externa, y al parecer necesitas una tarjeta (DNI etc) para poder sacar tabaco. Evidentemente, documentación italiana que no disponemos. En fin, ante la ignorancia, metimos el dinero y la máquina nos dejó sin tabaco y sin dinero. Y nos sacó un tiquet que al día siguiente fuimos a reclamar y mostramos al chico mencionado, el cual como ya digo, nos trató fatal.
SIENA esta LLENA de estancos, recomiendo pasar de largo por este. A 20 metros tienes otro, imagino podrás aguantar el mono! ;)

At night, we try to take tobacco from the external machine, and apparently you need a card (ID card etc.) to be able to take out tobacco. Obviously, Italian documentation that we do not have. Anyway, in the face of ignorance, we put the money in and the machine left us without tobacco and without money. And we got a ticket that the next day we went to claim and showed the boy mentioned, which as I said, treated us fatally.
SIENA is FULL of tobacconists, I recommend passing by this one. At 20 meters you have another, I imagine you can take the monkey! ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggior tabaccheria d’Italia. Sono bruschi e disorganizzati e forse sotto l’effetto di qualche sostanza perché sono troppo aggressivi. Non rispettano le misure di sicurezza. Ho fatto notare che erano sgarbati e mi hanno offeso sia a me che ai miei genitori. Che schifo. Da denuncia.
The worst tobacco shop in Italy. They are abrupt and disorganized and perhaps under the influence of some substance because they are too aggressive. They do not comply with security measures. I pointed out that they were rude and offended both me and my parents. How disgusting. From complaint.
