Dopo aver letto quanto sopra non posso esimermi dal manifestare pubblicamente un elogio formale ai titolari e alle dipendenti che, in ogni momento della giornata, trasmettono una ventata di allegria e leggerezza anche quando vai a pagare una multa o il bollo dell'auto in ritardo, tanto da farti uscire con il sorriso sulle labbra (sotto la mascherina,ovviamente). Continuate così, non cambiate mai!!!! Non è carino sentirsi dire alle spalle, mentre prendi i prodotti "ma è ancora qua questa persona?",(e sei l'unico cliente presente) i clienti non sono sordi :-) Non ci vado spesso, ma non è la prima volta che accade ed è sempre la stessa dipendente a far buon viso a cattivo gioco. Quando il titolare è presente ovviamente non accade mai, strano! They always have everything and the staff is ALMOST all kind ... It's not nice to be told behind your back, while you take the products "but is this person still here?", (And you are the only customer present) the customers are not deaf: -) I don't go there often, but it's not the first time it happens and it's always the same addict who puts the best in a bad situation. Ho tentato una spedizione di un pacco con etichetta poste, non riuscivano a spedirlo perché non riuscivano a prenderlo in carico. Mi hanno addirittura detto che non accettavano quel tipo di spedizione dicendomi di andare in posta. Mi sono recata alle poste, le quali mi hanno detto che la tabaccheria aveva già fatto risultare pacco spedito bloccando la possibilità di spedire tramite ufficio postale. Mi sono recata nuovamente alla tabaccheria che non ha saputo darmi spiegazioni (dopo aver creato problema) e non ha saputo il da farsi: morale della favola ho sprecato la mattinata, sono tornata a casa con pacco e non mi hanno saputo aiutare bloccandomi la spedizione e non permettendomi di spedire in altro modo. Non credo tornerò mai più a spedire un pacco da loro! Bad service for point-post shipments.
