Più di una volta mi son recata per incassare vincita lotto o gratta e vinci e mi è stata negata la transazione con la scusante poco intelligente che i liquidi in cassa sono destinati al pagamento delle vincite ai clienti. Fermo restando che chiunque entri in un esercizio pubblico è un cliente.... aggiungendo che x legge e regolamento dei concorsi a premi fino ad una certa somma basta recarsi in qualsiasi esercizio x incassare la vincita.....sa il gestore di trasgredire alle regole? Mi spiace ma il mio giudizio negativo non si fermerà solo a questa recensione. Poichè non è la prima volta che nega il pagamento e l'atteggiamento irritante la dice lunga mi attiverò a fare ottima pubblicità oltre che a segnalare agli uffici preposti. Un Consiglio si attenga alle regole......nn è corretto incassare e in caso di vincita tirarsi indietro....i suoi colleghi non sono coglioni che pagano quando si esibisce un cedolino vincente. In bocca al lupo.
My review is more than negative. I'm sorry but my negative opinion won't stop only at this review. Since it is not the first time that he denies payment and the irritating attitude says it all, I will activate myself to do excellent publicity as well as to report to the relevant offices. A Council adheres to the rules ...... nn is correct to cash in and in case of winning pull back .... his colleagues are not balls that pay when he shows a winning slip. Good luck.
