★ ★ ★ ★ ★ conosciuti telefonicamente,segnalati direttamente da IQOS come centro assistenza, dopo aver cambiato la rotta del nostro itinerario di circa 50km per effettuare un cambio IQOS abbiamo chiamato per avere l'indirizzo esatto così da poter percorrere gli ultimi Km con l'aiuto del navigatore, ci hanno maleducatamente detto che era inutile andarci in quanto la procedura richiedeva ("a detta loro") parecchio tempo ...ed erano ancora le 19.45...

Presenti anche l'angolo libreria, l'angolo profumeria e articoli da regalo e non manca neppure l'angolo giocattoli. Gentilezza e cortesia. Direi che è perfetto.

Personale disponibile, efficente, simpatico. Spesso entrando si ha l'impressione di sovraffollamento ma il personale riesce a gestire pienamente l' operatività con velocità.
