Nonostante un lieve ritardo non causato da loro (possono succedere degli imprevisti come traffico incidenti ecc.)mi hanno contattato con anticipo e mi hanno consegnato la moto. Assolutamente consigliati Great experience. I requested the transport of a motorcycle and it arrived undamaged. Despite a slight delay not caused by them (unexpected events can occur such as traffic accidents etc.) they contacted me in advance and handed me the bike. Absolutely recommended
D	Davide Biancucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercate assolutamente di evitarli. 1 - Hanno effettuato la consegna il pomeriggio anziché la mattina come da accordi. 2- Alla consegna mancava un pacco che erroneamente avevano consegnato ad un altro destinatario. 3- Hanno impiegato più di due settimane per recuperare il pacco mancante e hanno provato a consegnarlo avvertendomi la mattina stessa. Ho comunicato un indirizzo di consegna alternativo ma loro si sono presentati al vecchio indirizzo e quindi non hanno consegnato. 4- Mi hanno chiesto ulteriori 35€ per effettuare una nuova consegna perchè io non mi ero fatto trovare alla consegna. (quando avevo espressamente indicato un nuovo indirizzo) 5- Sono dovuto andare a ritirare il pacco presso la loro sede perchè altrimenti non saprei quando avrei potuto riceverlo visto che non mi rispondevano. 6- Rispondono raramente alle chiamate e non sono affatto professionali. Non si sono minimamente preoccupati di rimediare ad un loro disservizio. Ho impiegato 21 giorni per ricevere tutte le cose. Esperienza totalmente negativa. Try absolutely to avoid them. 1 - They made the delivery in the afternoon instead of the morning as agreed. 2- The delivery was missing a package that they had mistakenly delivered to another recipient. 3- It took them more than two weeks to recover the missing package and tried to deliver it by notifying me the same morning. I gave an alternative delivery address but they showed up at the old address and therefore didn't deliver. 4- They asked me for an additional € 35 to make a new delivery because I was not at the delivery. (when I had specifically indicated a new address) 5- I had to go and collect the package at their headquarters because otherwise I wouldn't know when I could receive it since they didn't answer me. 6- They rarely answer calls and are not professional at all. They have not bothered in the least to remedy their disservice. It took me 21 days to get all the things. Totally bad experience.
L	Luca Boceda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di conoscere il loro operato per due differenti trasporti: ho ricevuto uno scooter in perfette condizioni e puntualissimo orario (e per pochi Euro in più me lo hanno sballato e portato in box) una volta ed un'altra ho spedito una cameretta per bambini che è arrivata intatta e tra l'altro in orario perfetto a mia sorella. Sono gentilissimi e soprattutto non rubano soldi. Ottima scelta soprattutto per rapporto qualità-prezzo. I got to know their work for two different transports: I received a scooter in perfect condition and punctual time (and for a few euros more they unpacked it and brought it to the box) once and another time I sent a room for children who arrived intact and by the way on time to my sister. They are very kind and above all they do not steal money. Excellent choice especially for value for money.

Possono inventare tutte le fandonie che vogliono ma il fatto che non rispondano al telefono e ai messaggi e mi abbiamo bloccata ovunque, è un palese segno di malafede. Sono stati già denunciati e seguiranno altre denunce. Absolutely bad experience. They made an estimate and took the deposit and not transported. They can invent all the nonsense they want but the fact that they don't answer the phone and messages and we have blocked me everywhere is a clear sign of bad faith. They have already been reported and other complaints will follow.

Danno un appuntamento e non si presentano, poi chiamano pregandomi di ripreparare la merce, d'accordo con loro divido una scatola grande in due piccole, le caricano con gentilezza e senza problemi. Attualmente Trattengono la merce e non la restituiscono se non paghi un sovrapprezzo perché dicono che le scatole sono 2 anziché una. Statene alla larga I use it often. Esistono gli imprevisti certamente, ma anche la buona educazione di avvisare se spostate dal mattino al pomeriggio le consegne, soprattutto se privati, perché si lavora ovunque anche al nord. E poi su tre numeri...uno che rispondesse. In ogni caso l'autista era così simpatico da annullare queste lacune. Ma rispondete al telefono è snervante non poter comunicare. Zero punctuality.
