Ho letto sul giornale che è stato multato un povero ragazzo venticinquenne a Torino poiché si spostava sulla pista ciclabile di corso principe Oddone con il suo monopattino elettrico. Qualcuno dovrebbe spiegarmi allora come mai i mono pattini elettrici vengono venduti senza nessun avviso, perché fino a qualche giorno fa il loro uso era previsto sulle piste ciclabili. Inoltre,Entro il mese di novembre a Torino, era stato previsto il noleggio dei monopattini e la loro libera circolazione. Mi sembra un controsenso quanto sta succedendo E con quale accanimento i vigili hanno multato questo ragazzo e richiedendo targa assicurazione e casco quando non sono mai stati previsti per un mezzo equiparabile ad una bicicletta. Inoltre il mezzo è stato sottoposto a Sequestro. Mi chiedo in che paese stiamo vivendo laddove cittadini vengono vessati oltre misura, e invece di lodare quel povero ragazzo che si spostava su un mezzo non inquinante, ( Nessuno si interessa di fermare le auto che sputano fumi neri e velenosi, infatti un giorno un vigile mi ha detto che non era di loro competenza ). La multa esagerata di oltre 1000 € e la confisca del mezzo che ne varrà almeno 400 sono a parer mio un furto legalizzato.
