Abbiamo stipulato un contratto x la ristrutturazione usufruendo del bonus 110%. Si presenta in cantiere con 2 "muratori", che tali non sono.. dopo mesi di attesa affinché ordinasse il cappotto, dopo bugie su bugie, scuse su scuse, rescindiamo il contratto ad inizio novembre 2021 x inadempienza e incapacità nell'eseguire i lavori pattuiti. Mi deve ancora restituire quasi 8000€... adesso sono nelle mani dell'avvocato.
La stessa storia accade al condominio di mio padre..
A giugno chiede e ottiene 8800€ di anticipo x il rifacimento del tetto...che ovviamente non ha mai iniziato e anche questa volta non ha restituito i soldi...
Disonesto, incapace, bugiardo.

We have entered into a contract for the restructuring taking advantage of the 110% bonus. He comes to the construction site with 2 "bricklayers", who are not such .. after months of waiting for him to order the coat, after lies on lies, apologies on excuses, we terminate the contract at the beginning of November 2021 x default and inability to carry out the work agreed. He still has to pay me back almost 8000 € ... now I'm in the hands of the lawyer.
The same story happens in my father's apartment building ..
In June he asks and gets € 8,800 in advance for the roof refurbishment ... which obviously has never started and this time too he has not returned the money ...
Dishonest, incapable, liar.
