ASSISTENZA COMMERCIALE VERGOGNOSA For 2 weeks I have been asking for confirmation of the availability and the described characteristics of a weapon with a green stamp on their site, they asked me to send emails and they don't answer me, I called them several times and they keep saying that they will let me know. Altresì sono puntualissimi nella consegna dei pacchi con quanto hai comprato. Kind, professional, very well trained in the arms sector, Mr. Luca's kindness, availability and professionalism stands out, I only know him by phone, but he makes you feel at ease when you ask for advice or place orders over the phone. They are also very punctual in delivering the packages with what you have bought.

Le ragazze al telefono sono solo gentili poi per il resto non ti sanno dare una spiegazione sono poco professionali prendendo in giro le persone mi dicono che mi contattano loro, ma niente non rispondono alle imail direi pessima assistenza I've been calling for about a month for my shotgun which I sent for service. The girls on the phone are just nice then for the rest they don't know how to give you an explanation they are unprofessional making fun of people they tell me that they contact me, but nothing they do not respond to imail I would say bad assistance
