Dopo aver acquistato un vetro protettivo per il mio nuovo Samsung J5(2017), a distanza di 3 mesi mi sonritrovato con la pellicola che è saltatavia dopo un banale urto. La risposta spocchiosa del Customer Care? "La pellicola non protegge dacaduta". Siamo all'assurdo. Il ridicolo è che tale prodotto di bassa lega è venduto negli Store Vodafone. Meditate...meditate
Company with very scarce and not low-priced products. Bad customer care. After buying a protective glass for my new Samsung J5 (2017), after 3 months I found myself with the film that jumped away after a bump. The blatant response of Customer Care? I put 1 star, because zero is not applicable. Bought weeks ago one of their films on the Vodafone store, applied by the staff, LENGTH LESS THAN A WEEK. Not even the fourth choice ones from Asian countries. BAD
