★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato l'esame sierologico con l'azienda, hanno consegnato l'esito in busta chiusa ad un incaricato e poi le hanno consegnato a noi.
Ho fatto questo esame altre due volte in altri studi per conto mio, mi hanno sempre inviato la mail con l'esito. La busta in controluce si legge l'esito, non lo trovo professionale oltre a garantire la privacy che si possa leggere il riscontro in maniera così semplice se non viene consegnato a chi ha effettuato l'esame. Bocciato!!
I carried out the serological test with the company, they delivered the results in a sealed envelope to a person in charge and then they delivered them to us.
I took this exam two more times in other studies on my own, they always sent me the email with the result. The backlit envelope reads the result, I do not find it professional as well as guaranteeing the privacy that you can read the response in such a simple way if it is not delivered to those who took the exam. Failed !!

Il personale amministrativo e infermieristico è stato veramente molto professionale, gentile e disponibile, niente da dire... Per loro 5 stelle.
Ci avevano assicurato che per avere il referto online dell'esame ci sarebbero volute 48 ore... Ma non è stato così. Il referto è arrivato dopo più di 72 ore.
Vista anche l'emergenza sanitaria che stiamo vivendo, mi sembra un atteggiamento più che scorretto... Se dopo tutto questo tempo il referto fosse stato positivo?!
Credo che questi siano esami che debbano essere processati velocemente, altrimenti il laboratorio non dovrebbe prendersi l'impegno di accettare più campioni di quelli che è in grado di elaborare.

The administrative and nursing staff was really very professional, kind and helpful, nothing to say ... For them 5 stars.
We were assured that the online exam report would take 48 hours ... But it didn't. The report arrived after more than 72 hours.
Given also the health emergency we are experiencing, it seems to me a more than incorrect attitude ... If after all this time the report had been positive ?!
I believe these are tests that need to be processed quickly, otherwise the laboratory would not have to make a commitment to accept more samples than it is capable of processing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato il test covid presso la struttura con l'assicurazione che l'esito sarebbe stato valido anche per ASL . Quest'ultima quando ci ha invitato a fare il test, informata che lo stesso era stato già eseguito presso la SYNLAB, ha fatto presente che per l'Azienda quello del laboratorio non faceva testo. Abbiamo dovuto ripetere il test. Non ho parole ma un aggettivo si.......
